Send an SMS with the message START n to 1909 OR Call 1909 and follow instructions
In the above message, n is a single digit from 1 to 7, as below
e.g. Send an SMS with the message START 3 to start promotional offers related to Education or START 3,4 to include Health too.

- You will get a SMS informing you of your deregistration request and seeking your confirmation through SMS.
- Send SMS confirming your request.
- On receipt of confirmation, the Access Provider will again send a SMS confirming your de-registration.
